You can gift a test to anyone over the age of 13. It is important to note that when you gift a test to someone between the ages of 13 and 18 they must have their parent’s or guardian’s approval for FamilyTreeDNA to accept and process their DNA samples.
The person to whom you gift a test (or the parent/guardian of testers between 13 and 18) must agree to and accept FamilyTreeDNA’s Terms of Service.
