Your security is paramount: we use a trusted third-party processor to encrypt all data, and we do not retain full credit card numbers. Our website is secured with SSL certificates and fully PCI compliant.
Check, Cash, or Money Order (US Customers)
We discourage US check, US money order, or US cash in the event a package is lost or damaged. If you wish to pay this method please contact customer service.
NOTE: Payment must be complete before testing can be run, so processing checks or money orders can delay the test process.
Bank Transfers
We are able to take bank transfers from customers. Please contact customer service for more information.
Gift Cards
You can purchase gift cards for yourself or others to pay for a test or a portion of a test. This is an ideal option when more than one person is contributing to the cost of a test.
Split Payments
Our shopping cart does not allow more than one credit or debit card to be used at checkout, but it does allow gift cards in addition to credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. In addition, you cannot use both PayPal and a debit/credit card. If you plan to use more than one payment method to pay for a test, the simplest solution is to purchase a gift card with one of your cards in the amount you wish to pay from that card and use that gift card at checkout.
