Sign in Issues

The following are brief descriptions of the common terms used in this topic:

  • Kit Number - The kit number for the account that you want to access.
  • GAP Username - Only used by Group Project Administrators. This is the username that Group Administrators use to sign in to their Group Project(s).
  • Email Address - Primary email address associated with your kit or Group Project.

Trouble Signing In

When you first order a DNA test kit, the kit number and password assigned to it is sent to the primary email address listed on the account. If you order more than one test at a time, you may see that all of the passwords were emailed at once. If you cannot find this email, or have trouble with the password it was assigned, you can easily reset your password. You also have the option to change your password at any time in your Account Settings.
