The Order History page shows all current and past orders placed on the kit you are signed into.
Accessing Your Order History
To access your Order History page:
- Sign in to your kit.
- In the upper-right corner of the page, hover your cursor over your name/Kit No., and click Order History from the drop-down menu.
Overview
Your Order History page contains the following information:

Product – Product (test) that you have ordered.
- You may see the same product listed more than once, as each Order Status update adds a new row in the Order History chart.

Order Status – This identifies each step of the order process. The options are:
- Sent – A collection kit has been mailed.
- Received – The collection kit has been received at our lab.
- Ordered – The date a
- Batched – The DNA sample has begun processing in our lab.

Completed – The test results have been completed
- NOTE: There may be a delay of up to 24 hours from the completion date for the results to appear in your account.
- Date – Date for the completion of each phase in the order process. Each date corresponds to the test status given in the Order Status column.

Batch – DNA samples begin processing in our lab weekly, and each delivery of new and existing samples is assigned a Batch number.

- NOTE: The test types included in a batch vary from one sample to another, so a kit in the same batch as yours may get results before or after you depending on the test type.
