Order History

The Order History page shows all current and past orders placed on the kit you are signed into.

Accessing Your Order History 

To access your Order History page:

1. Sign in to your kit.
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, hover your cursor over your name/Kit No., and click Order History from the drop-down menu.  

Overview

Your Order History page contains the following information:

1. Product – Product (test) that you have ordered.
   1. You may see the same product listed more than once, as each Order Status update adds a new row in the Order History chart.
2. Order Status – This identifies each step of the order process. The options are:
   1. Sent – A collection kit has been mailed.
   2. Received – The collection kit has been received at our lab.
   3. Ordered – The date a 
   4. Batched – The DNA sample has begun processing in our lab. 
   5. Completed – The test results have been completed
      1. NOTE: There may be a delay of up to 24 hours from the completion date for the results to appear in your account.
3. Date – Date for the completion of each phase in the order process. Each date corresponds to the test status given in the Order Status column.
4. Batch – DNA samples begin processing in our lab weekly, and each delivery of new and existing samples is assigned a Batch number.

   2. NOTE: The test types included in a batch vary from one sample to another, so a kit in the same batch as yours may get results before or after you depending on the test type.
