If you are a project administrator, you will sign into your Group Administrator Page (GAP) using your GAP username and password. If you have forgotten your GAP password, you may request a password reset email from the main Sign In page.
If you have not forgotten your password and simply want to change it, The Security Page in your GAP account allows you to manage your password settings and account verification options. You can update your account access credentials to ensure your profile remains protected. Additionally, this page provides options to manage two-factor authentication and recovery contact details.
NOTE: You cannot change your Administrator (GAP) username.
Accessing the Security Page
To access this page:
- Sign in to your GAP account by entering your Project Administrator username and password.

On the navigation bar, hover your cursor over your GAP username and click Security on the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen.
Understanding the Security Page
The Security page contains the following information:
- Change Password - This is the section to update your current password.

Current Password - Verifies the existing password before changes are processed.
NOTE: You must have the current password to update it from this page. If you do not know your current password, you must request a password reset email from the main sign-in page. -
New Password - Enter a new password with the following criteria:
•At least 12 characters
•One lowercase letter (a-z)
•One uppercase letter (A-Z)
•One number (0-9)
•One special character (for example ! @ # $ % ^ & *)
•Your new password cannot match a previous password. - Confirm New Password - Re-enters the newly created password for verification.
- Save - Make sure you click this button after entering your old and new passwords.
- Recovery Email - Add a recovery email address to access your account in case you are unable to access your primary email address.
- Reset - Clears existing two-factor authentication settings to allow new configuration.
